We are happy to process a full refund on returns if in original packaging and in unused condition please get in contact to arrange - bearandgoosedesigns@gmail.com within 15 days of purchase.  Cost of return shipping will be payable by the customer.

In the case of the customer receiving a faulty or damaged product return shipping fees will be reimbursed to the customer.
